Special Representative of the Iran in
the spice road festival
Samira JANAT DOUST was the only
Iranian chef attended the spice road festival of INDIA and accept the
suggestion of teaching at the culinary art University of INDIA.
In this festival which was held for the
first time by UNESCO in KERALA state of INDIA, Samira JANAT DOUST Iranian chef
who previously have won numerous awards in international competitions for her
culinary art books, had been invited as a representative of Iran and Iranian
experts in the field of Spice.
Samira has researched more than a
decade about various spices of IRAN and published a part of it in her
"IRANIAN COOKBOOK".
She plans to complete the results of her
scientific and practical achievements in the form of book for the use of
IRANIAN and foreigner enthusiasts.
